Job summary

Catalent is seeking Group Leaders to join our Analytical Development team in Madison, Wisconsin. You will lead a team of scientists responsible for developing, optimizing, characterizing, and transferring analytical methods for biologics programs, including proteins, mAbs, and emerging modalities.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with leadership in a biotech lab.
• Experience developing analytical methods for biologics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication with clients and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 scientists.
• Oversee method development, optimization, characterization, transfer.
• Review data, reports, and GMP documentation.
• Act as primary client-facing representative for Analytical Development.
• Collaborate with PM, QA, Manufacturing, and Process Development.
