Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a motivated scientist to join the Biologics CMC Developability team based in Worcester, MA. This role involves characterizing biologic drug candidates and ensuring compliance with corporate documentation standards.

You will perform in-depth LC-MS and chromatography analyses, prepare scientific presentations, and maintain laboratory equipment. Ideal candidates have a BS or MS in a relevant field, significant lab experience, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years (BS) or 2+ years (MS) of biopharmaceutical industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with protein mass-spectrometry.
• Experience with liquid chromatography methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform LC-MS based characterization of therapeutic biologic molecules.
• Conduct liquid chromatography-based characterization.
• Prepare and deliver scientific presentations of results.
