Job summary
Charles River Biologics is seeking an Analytical Technician to perform daily lab tasks related to analytical services under supervision. You will prepare reagents, run tests, generate data and ensure timely GMP-compliant reporting for client samples.
The role requires a biology degree and 0–1 year of relevant lab experience, with knowledge of cGMPs and the ability to operate common lab instruments such as HPLC and spectrophotometers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or related discipline.
- 0-1 years related experience in biological lab.
- Knowledge of cGMPs or regulatory affairs preferred.
- Ability to operate standard laboratory equipment (HPLC, Plate Reader, CE, spectrophotometer).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory activities for analytical services including reagent preparation, maintenance, GMP reports, and routine testing of client samples.
- Prepare reagents and test samples.
- Generate analytical data and analyses within cGMP, meeting deadlines.
- Update sample-tracking databases and maintain laboratory inventory.
- Assist in electrophoretic, immunochemistry, chromatographic, and residual/excipient analyses.
