Qualifikationen

• PhD in relevant field with up to 0–2 years experience; or Masters with 3–5 years; or BS with 5–7 years.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing.
• Strong Linux knowledge and shell scripting.
• Experience with HPC environments and schedulers.
• Familiarity with standard bioinformatics development practices and reproducible environments.
• Experience with NGS data analysis and pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Support sequencing lab projects with reliable data processing and timely results.
• Perform bioinformatics analyses for internal and customer projects and deliver clear results and visualizations.
• Maintain computational tools and infrastructure for lab operations, including tracking and data organization.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot bioinformatics pipelines and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with academics and commercial partners to evaluate methods and applications.
