Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field.
• 3+ years in laboratory or core facility operations; managerial experience preferred.
• Experience with bioinformatics methods and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and troubleshoot core-based computational workflows.
• Prepare methods descriptions for publications and grants.
• Review software docs and SOPs for core technologies.
• Meet with investigators to review service needs and future directions.
• Develop reproducible bioinformatics workflows in R and Python.
• Supervise core facility staff and train new personnel.
