Regeneron Genetic Center's Genome Informatics team seeks an Associate Manager of Sequencing Informatics Research to lead development of multi-omics informatics methods across PacBio, Illumina, Olink, and Ultima. Qualifications

• Master’s (PhD preferred) in Bioinformatics or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in sequencing informatics including base calling, read mapping and variant calling.
• Experience with large‑scale multi‑omics data types (DNA-seq, RNA-seq, proteomics, methylation).
• Expert fluency in state‑of‑the‑art bioinformatic tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of state-of-the-art sequencing informatics methods for multi-omics data.
• Identify opportunities combining multiple sequencing modalities to increase actionability.
• Inform development of novel sequencing informatics protocols for DNA/RNA sequencing and proteomics.
• Collaborate with technology partners to improve base‑calling, read mapping and harmonization.
