Air Products Membrane Solutions in St. Louis, MO seeks a Process Engineer to evaluate, design, and support membrane process gas applications with a focus on biogas upgrading.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Quality, and Product Strategy to support inquiries, troubleshoot systems, and develop tools and offerings for customers. The role requires membrane process design experience and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with a typical travel average of 10% per

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of process engineering experience required.
• Experience with membrane systems or gas processing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Aspen heat & material balance simulations for membranes.
• Evaluate new application inquiries for product fit.
• Participate in R&D programs for new applications and products.
• Support P&ID development, Operability Reviews and Hazard Reviews.
• Troubleshooting and assistance to resolve product performance issues.
• Train customers in safe installation and operation of membranes.
• On-site service support for existing membrane systems.
• Investigate product failures for warranty claims.
• Be a technical resource to product development teams.
• Conduct performance tests and update product specifications.
