Job summary

Maas Energy Works, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for Goose Works to design and manage biogas handling, compression, and upgrading systems.

You will collaborate with project engineers, vendors, field teams, and managers to develop process designs before construction and ensure proper commissioning in the field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, experience with process simulations, and knowledge of API/ASME/NFPA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering, preferably oil & gas or renewable fuels.
• Familiarity with process simulations and HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through start-up and commissioning.
• Produce design deliverables such as mass balances, P&IDs, electrical load lists, and piping isometrics.
• Run hydraulic and process simulations to validate designs.
• Develop best practices to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Collaborate with project management to manage cost and schedule constraints.
• Perform risk assessments and provide process documentation and operating instructions.
