Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions seeks a Bioconjugate Construction Manager to provide on-site construction oversight for bioconjugate manufacturing facilities and related infrastructure. You will coordinate EPCM contractors, CQV activities, and operations teams to ensure safe, on-schedule startup and turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related engineering discipline.
• 20+ years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• 10+ years in leadership roles on large industrial, petrochemical, energy, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $500 million+ and acting as owner’s representative on major EPC/EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s representative on site; deliver safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Lead all site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover.
• Manage EPCM contractors and subcontractors ensuring safe, efficient execution.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and owner expectations.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Direct and oversee contractor performance against safety, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
