Job summary

KBR STS is seeking a Bioconjugate Construction Manager to oversee bioconjugate manufacturing facilities, containment systems, and related infrastructure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage safety, schedule, and budget, and ensure successful startup and turnover to operations.

The role requires extensive leadership on large industrial projects, with focus on EPC/EPCM delivery, risk mitigation, and strong contractor management in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related technical discipline, or related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: 20+ years in progressively responsible construction management roles.
• 10+ years in leadership on large industrial, petrochemical, energy, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience as owner's representative on major EPC/EPCM projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects safely and successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and owner requirements.
• Direct and oversee EPCM contractors, subcontractors, and construction management teams.
• Monitor contractor performance against safety, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate transition from construction to commissioning and startup.
