KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) in Richmond, VA seeks a MAB Construction Manager to provide dedicated on-site construction leadership for Monoclonal Antibody facilities. You will act as the owner's representative, oversee EPCM contractors, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations to drive safe, on-schedule startup and turnover.

You will champion a zero-harm safety culture, manage cost, schedule, and quality, and report to project leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required
• 20+ years of construction management experience
• Experience on large industrial/pharma projects valued $500M+
• Experience as owner's representative on major EPC/EPCM projects

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site construction leadership from mobilization to startup
• Lead EPCM contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory standards, and owner expectations
• Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations
• Support commissioning and startup turnover
