KBR, Inc. seeks a MAB Construction Manager to provide dedicated construction leadership for Monoclonal Antibody facilities.

You will act as the owner’s representative on site and lead all site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover. Responsibilities include coordinating EPCM contractors, CQV, and operations; maintaining safety, schedule, cost, and quality; and guiding turnover to operations with a focus on zero-harm and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related technical discipline; experience in lieu accepted.
• Minimum 20 years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $500M+ and acting as owner's representative.

Responsabilités

• Serve as owner’s representative on site; deliver safely, on schedule, within budget, to high quality standards.
• Lead site construction from mobilization through startup and handover; manage EPCM contractors.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, CQV, and operations teams; monitor progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory standards, and owner requirements; report to leadership.
• Oversee safety, schedule, cost, and quality metrics; conduct reviews and recovery plans as needed.
• Support commissioning and startup; ensure turnover packages meet turnover requirements.
