Zusammenfassung

KBR is seeking a MAB Construction Manager to provide dedicated construction leadership for Monoclonal Antibody (MAB) manufacturing facilities and related infrastructure. The role serves as the owner’s representative on site, directing EPCM teams to deliver a safe, on‑schedule project within budget and to the highest quality standards, from mobilization through startup and turnover.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related technical discipline, or experience in lieu of a degree
• 20+ years progressively responsible construction management experience
• 10+ years in leadership on large industrial, petrochemical, energy, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing projects valued at $500M+
• Owner's representative on major EPC/EPCM projects
• Proven record delivering complex projects safely and successfully

Aufgaben

• Lead all site construction activities from mobilization through startup and handover
• Direct and oversee EPCM contractors, subcontractors, and construction management teams
• Champion a Zero Incident safety culture and lead safety performance reviews
• Validate schedules and monitor progress against milestones
• Oversee budgets, change management, and earned value performance
• Ensure conformance with design specs, standards and contracts
• Identify and manage construction risks and implement mitigation plans
• Coordinate handover to commissioning and operations teams
