Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or related sciences as required.
• ASCP certification preferred, NYSDOH licensed as CLT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document routine and complex lab tests and procedures.
• Ensure quality control, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
• Review and validate patient results before reporting to EMR.
• Communicate critical values to medical staff per protocol.
• Participate in training of new staff and residents.
