Job summary

Ardena seeks a Director, Bioanalytical Services / BUD to lead the U.S. bioanalytical lab and the Bioanalytical BU with end-to-end fiduciary responsibility. You will own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning while guiding scientific, operational, and commercial performance.

Lead a cross-functional team in a fast-growing environment and partner with HR on talent strategy and capability development. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech/CDMO with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage business performance.
• Strong GLP knowledge and bioanalytical development from preclinical to Phase III.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate at own expense.

Responsibilities

• Hold full P&L accountability for the Bioanalytical Business Unit.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that drive profitability.
• Build, launch, and scale the U.S. bioanalytical laboratory.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and KPI governance.
