Job summary

Ardena, a global CDMO/CRO, is seeking an Associate Director, Finance at our Somerset, NJ site. You will provide accounting leadership, partner with site leaders, and translate financial data into actionable insights to support compliant execution and growth.

The role involves overseeing financial reporting, planning, cost accounting, and project economics within a GMP-regulated environment, collaborating across Ardena’s US and European sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in CDMO/CRO/pharmaceutical/manufacturing in regulated enviroments preferred.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or related credential preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and related reporting.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and statements of cash flows.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate audit support and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, treasury, and working capital.
