Job summary

Celerion is seeking a proactive proposals professional to collaborate with Business Development, Contracts, Proposal Management, and Financial Management. You will draft and shape proposals, RFP responses, and client-specific text, working with experts to ensure completeness and robustness.

In addition, you will own and refresh the library of technical content, templates, and case studies, while tracking proposal success rates to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development, Contracts, Proposal Management, and Financial Management to deliver scientifically accurate, polished proposals tailored to sponsor needs.
• Draft and shape proposals, RFP responses, and client-specific text, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure completeness and robustness.
• Own and refresh the library of technical content, templates, and case studies, and track proposal success rates to streamline processes.
