Job summary

Celerion is seeking a Bioanalytical Technical Proposal Manager to join our Business Development team in a US-based, fully remote role. You’ll be the technical voice behind our proposals, partnering with our Director of Business Development for Biologics & Biomarkers, territory Directors, and our global sales team to translate complex science into clear, persuasive documents.

You’ll draft and shape proposals, collaborate with subject matter experts, participate in client calls, manage content

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or another STEM field.
Hands-on knowledge of bioanalytical processes and assays.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Experience preparing instructional materials, presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities

Draft and shape proposals, RFP responses, and client-specific text reflecting strategy.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure proposals are complete and robust.
Join client calls about RFPs/RFIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Support bid defense preparation and meetings.
Own and refresh the library of technical content, templates, and case studies; maintain brand consistency.
