Job summary

Celerion is seeking a Technical Proposal Manager to join our Business Development team in a US-based, fully remote role. You will be the technical voice behind our proposals, working with the Director of Business Development for Biologics & Biomarkers, territory Directors, and our global sales team to turn complex science into clear, compelling documents that sponsors want to say yes to.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related STEM field.
Hands-on knowledge of bioanalytical processes, biomarkers, assays and flow cytometry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Experience preparing instructional materials and presentations.
Background in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Comfort in a fast-paced matrix organization with cross-country collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Draft and shape proposals, responses, and client-specific text reflecting strategy.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure proposals are complete and robust.
Join client calls on RFPs, RFIs, timelines and budgets and present solutions.
Support bid defense preparation and meetings.
Refresh technical content library to maintain tone and brand.
Maintain sponsor/account data in SFDC and track proposal metrics.
Step in for external team when deadlines require coverage.
Lead lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.
Act as an expert resource for internal and external customers.
