Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Pearl River, NY is seeking a USA - Bioanalytical Analyst II to generate reliable bioanalytical results supporting drug development, clinical trials and regulatory submissions. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving, and clear communication with cross-functional teams.

You will perform LC-MS/MS, HPLC and immunoassays, validate methods, maintain instruments, and ensure GLP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of bioanalytical testing experience in pharma or related area.
• Expertise with LC-MS/MS, HPLC and immunoassays.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Familiarity with data analysis software and regulatory standards (GLP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct bioanalytical assays (LC-MS/MS, HPLC, immunoassays) to generate results.
• Analyze and interpret data from biological samples to support project objectives.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain analytical methods and protocols.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure data quality.
• Document procedures and results in compliance with GLP and safety standards.
