Microbial Discovery Group in Franklin, WI seeks a Bio-Manufacturing Team Lead to serve as the senior technical resource and day-to-day execution lead for the assigned production crew. The Lead Technician coordinates work, supports troubleshooting, reinforces standardized work, and assists with employee training while remaining actively involved in production.

This role provides technical and workflow leadership but does not replace the Supervisor’s or Manager's responsibility for employee

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety rules.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Guide and support hourly Bio-Manufacturing personnel on shift, ensuring daily priorities and safety.
• Coordinate daily work assignments aligned with production schedules.
• Assign personnel based on needs, training, and safety requirements.
• Support safe execution of fermentation, harvest, downstream processing, cleaning, and material handling.
• Serve as a technical resource for process execution, abnormal conditions, and troubleshooting.
