Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to follow SOPs and work instructions with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a computer for data entry and production records.
• Ability to perform physically active work, including standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with cGMP, HACCP, FSMA, and basic quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, setup, and harvesting bioreactor tanks per SOPs and batch records.
• Fill slurry product into trays and perform cryo-freezing with proper labeling and traceability.
• Load and unload freeze dryers and spray dryers under supervision.
• Weigh raw materials accurately according to production formulas and instructions.
• Maintain production logs, sanitation records, and cleaning documentation.
