Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking an eager Machine Operator on a 2nd shift to learn high-speed bindery equipment and support a busy print manufacturing team.

You’ll train on cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, work safely, hit daily production goals, and contribute to quality control. We offer a $2,500 hiring bonus, full-time hours, and opportunities to grow with a stable employer.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
