Sheridan is looking for a Manufacturing Operator for the Case In Bindery. We’ll train you. 2nd shift Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, or 3rd shift 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, full-time with overtime opportunities. Join a hands-on print manufacturing team and build a career you can hold in your hands.

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. You’ll learn to operate bindery equipment, monitor quality, and work with a team to meet daily goals in a safety-focused factory environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Reliable and a good team member with attendance.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment that encases books in hard cases.
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
