Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery (We’ll Train You!) in a daytime shift. You’ll train to operate high-speed bindery equipment, contributing to books, catalogs, and printed materials. This is a full-time, on-site role with overtime opportunities and a chance to grow within a hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to learn and train on bindery equipment.
• Team player with reliability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
