Job summary

Sheridan is hiring Manufacturing Operators for the case-in-bindery. We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and produce books, catalogs, and printed materials you can be proud of. Two shifts available (2:30 PM–11:00 PM or 10:30 PM–7:00 AM), full-time with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn bindery processes.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable team player with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment for books.
• Keep machines running by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
