Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Comfort with basic tools and mechanical tasks.
• Ability to read job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment safely.
• Monitor quality and adjust machines to keep production moving.
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals.
