Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work and attention to detail.
• Reliable commute and ability to work well with a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machine and equipment.
• Interpret work instructions and accurately record production data.
• Show initiative and seek ways to improve productivity.
