Job summary

Sheridan in Minnesota is seeking an Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery. You’ll be trained to run high-speed bindery equipment, turning raw materials into books, catalogs, and printed items used daily.

You will join a small team, learn all machine sections, and contribute to a fast-paced production floor. The role emphasizes quality, reliability, and collaborative problem-solving on site.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Learn to interpret work instructions and accurately record production data.
• Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways to improve productivity.
