Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Bindery Operator II for a first shift (5am–3pm, Mon–Thu) with overtime on Fridays. This role requires reading and following bindery tickets and other instructions to ensure quality products produced safely and efficiently.

You will set up and run machinery, troubleshoot issues, monitor quality, and assist in training new operators. A High School Diploma and 1 year of bindery experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience in bindery operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned bindery machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Read and understand written job instructions and forms.
• Monitor production and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in training new Bindery Operators.
