Job summary

Walsworth is seeking a Bindery - Operator II to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain binding equipment. The role is a 4-day week with a 10-hour shift from 2:45pm to 1am, potentially Fridays 1pm–9pm, located in Ripon, Wisconsin.

You will work with Monarch systems, read and apply procedures, and aim to meet production schedules. You may train new operators and contribute to process improvements while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a Bindery role or similar.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot binding equipment per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned binding machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment to meet production schedule and quality targets.
• Read and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Support department goals and safety policies.
• Train new Bindery Operators as needed.
• Monitor production quality and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with shift personnel for smooth transitions.
