Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in bindery/printing/mailing/manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and job specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment (folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, binding and gluing machines, inkjet systems, mailing equipment).
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet production, quality, and productivity goals.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments to support schedules and customer requirements.
• Produce finished products (books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines, mail pieces).
• Maintain safe work areas and monitor product quality throughout the process.
• Lead and support production crews to promote teamwork and communication.
