Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Experience in printing processes and bindery operations.
• Knowledge of Lean principles.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Experience operating powered hand trucks.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment setup and gather materials for bindery operations.
• Operate basic bindery equipment and use basic computer systems to finish tasks.
• Monitor and maintain stock areas, check shipments, stamp and proofread orders, and generate labels.
• Run equipment productively to meet accuracy, ink coverage, quantity, and labeling requirements.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain production, including powered hand trucks.
• Perform labeling, sorting, engraving special orders, loading trucks, and ensure postal service compliance.
• Inspect products to confirm they meet order specifications and manifest orders as required.
