Job summary

Pregis is seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to support finishing and fulfillment operations, ensuring printed products are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. You will operate bindery equipment, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and running bindery and finishing machinery, auditing production specs, and documenting performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years in bindery/printing or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating and setting up production equipment; strong quality focus.

Location: Arlington, TX
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a bindery, printing, finishing, packaging, or manufacturing environment

• Perform quality inspections throughout production runs
• Verify finished products meet customer and company specifications
• Identify and resolve quality concerns before products move to the next production stage
• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance activities
• Operate drills, stitchers, vacuum tables, and other finishing equipment
• Communicate equipment or production issues to leadership

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
