Job summary

Walsworth Inc. is seeking a Bindery - Operator II in Ripon, WI to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain binding equipment on a 2nd shift schedule (2:45pm–1am, 4 days/wk with possible Friday overtime). This role requires reading job specs, adhering to safety rules, and ensuring on-time production.

Experience in a bindery and a high school diploma are required. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, able to work in a team, and capable of learning Monarch software and related systems.

• Ability to set up, run and maintain binding machinery.
• Strong reading and interpretation of written job instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned machinery.
• Troubleshoot machinery to meet production schedule and quality standards.
• Read and understand written information pertaining to the job.
• Communicate effectively with incoming shift personnel for smooth transitions.
• Monitor production and quality and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in training new Bindery Operators and adhere to safety procedures.
