Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned binding machinery.
• Troubleshoot machinery according to procedures to meet production goals.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Maintain accurate production counts and ensure quality output.
• Assist in training new Bindery Operators and mentor junior staff.
• May require overtime beyond 40 hours per week as production demands.
• Communicate effectively with incoming shift personnel to ensure smooth transitions.
