Sheridan Minnesota is hiring a Manufacturing Operating Technician to learn on high-speed bindery equipment. This entry-level role trains you to operate, set up, run, and maintain machines on a fast-paced production floor.

You will troubleshoot minor issues, interpret work instructions, record production data, and contribute to a culture of quality. We value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? we will train you.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.
• Print, bindery, or finishing experience is a plus.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.
• Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.
