Job summary

Panther Graphics in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Bindery Operator responsible for safety, quality control, and daily production on bindery equipment, with attention to maintaining workflow and meeting deadlines.

You will train teammates, perform minor machine troubleshooting, support a team environment, and ensure excellent customer service through accurate, timely finishing of print jobs while following all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate printing/finishing equipment and related processes.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete job tasks on bindery equipment.
