Job summary

Midstates Group is seeking a Bindery Operator to support daily production on bindery equipment and other related tooling. You will be responsible for safety, quality control, and timely completion of tasks while contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on customer service.

The role requires operating bindery machinery, participating in training, and maintaining equipment through preventive maintenance. A positive attitude and adaptability to OT as needed are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Printing/Finishing experience a plus, but not necessary.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete job tasks.
• Operate all bindery machines to complete tasks.
• Assist in training and development of other team members.
• Work in a team environment with machine operators and supervisors.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Safely operate forklift and follow safety regulations.
• Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations.
• Follow department policies and SOPs.
• Perform other duties to achieve company goals.
