Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a Bindery Operator to join our team on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). You will set up and operate paper cutting and bindery equipment to prepare printed materials per production specifications.

Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, finishing, and maintaining equipment, while ensuring quality and safety standards. Experience with bindery operations is preferred; competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating procedures and other instructions.
• Strong communication with team members.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate paper cutting and bindery equipment according to job specifications.
• Cut, trim, prepare, and finish paper stock and printed materials for production.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, blade changes, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy throughout production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
