Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring four team members for a hands-on Machine Operator role with on-the-job training. You’ll operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing printed materials.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a fast-paced, safety-focused team in the New Hampshire facility. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read simple job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.
