Point B Solutions in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Bindery Operator to join our production team. This day-shift role involves operating cutting, folding, and gluing equipment, reading job tickets, and meeting production deadlines.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial printing/bindery, strong attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. You will work with a team to ensure quality and help with finishing work as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial printing/bindery experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow job tickets.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• SOC II/HIPAA compliance as per policies in training.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting, folding, and gluing equipment.
• Set up and adjust equipment for different job specifications.
• Read and follow job tickets and production instructions.
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas.
• Collaborate with Bindery and Production team members.
• Assist with hand bindery, kitting, packaging, finishing.
• Communicate problems to the Bindery Manager.
• Look for ways to improve efficiency and workflow.
