Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring 2 team members to learn and grow in a hands-on bindery role. The shift is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with full-time hours and on-site work on a fast-paced production floor.

No bindery experience required; training provided. You will operate cutters, folders, stitchers and perfect binders, work with a team to hit daily goals, and help maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; we provide training.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades).
• Mechanical and comfortable using basic tools.
• Ability to read instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Reliable team member focused on quality.

What We’re Looking For

• No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
• Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

It’s a plus if you have:

• Press, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor
• Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
