Job summary

Sheridan Kentucky is hiring for a hands-on bindery role in Versailles. You will learn to operate and set up high-speed bindery equipment, keep machines running smoothly, and work with a team to hit daily production goals.

No bindery experience? We'll train you. We're seeking mechanically inclined teammates who can read job instructions, use basic tools, and take pride in quality work. We offer full-time hours, PTO, holidays, overtime opportunities, and growth through skilled equipment training.

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Mechanical inclination and comfortable using basic tools
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

What We're Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem - we'll train you

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience operating machineryin any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)

• Show up reliably and work well with a team

It's a plus if you have

• Press, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet most of the shift
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
