Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Virtual Design and Construction Technician to draft, model, and manage BIM data for modular construction. You will work with Design, Factory Operations, and VDC teams to maintain up-to-date drawings and processes across design, manufacturing, construction, and facilities management.

Responsibilities include creating Revit families, updating libraries, and developing production drawings while supporting continuous improvement of manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• Draft, design, and interpret engineering drawings in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
• Develop and model site logistics and construction sequencing with factory and construction teams.
• Maintain BIM data across project lifecycle including design, manufacturing, construction, and facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Create Revit families per vendor specs and update libraries.
