Job summary

Haskell, a nationally recognized Top Workplace, seeks a Virtual Construction Specialist to leverage BIM/VDC technologies to support project teams in Pursuit, Design, Manage, and Execute projects. You will use VDC workflows for coordination, scheduling simulations, animation, quantity surveying, and other technical tasks.

You will coordinate models, collaborate with project teams, extract quantities for estimators, create 4D/5D renderings, and support field operations with drone and reality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology required.
• 1–3 years of experience in BIM/VDC Technologies in the AEC industry preferred.
• Proficiency with BIM/CAD applications required.
• Programming/coding skills are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated project coordination models using Navisworks and create clash reports.
• Participate in virtual collaboration meetings and use the coordination model for decision making.
• Extract BIM-based quantity data for estimating teams and cross-check with drawings/specs.
• Create 3D models and develop integrated coordination drawings for projects.
• Provide model-based layout coordinates and as-built reports for field surveying teams onsite.
• Process, register, and publish laser scan data for coordination and scan-to-BIM work.
• Create 4D/5D renderings and detailed schedule visualizations with project teams.
• Support innovation through testing of new technologies.
• Assist field teams with drone and reality capture services as needed.
