Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a BIM/VDC Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead planning, coordination, and execution of BIM/VDC projects for education, healthcare, multifamily and commercial sectors.

You will drive BEPs, ensure compliance with project standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of BIM/VDC projects.
• Drive BEPs and project standards adherence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track scope, milestones, and documentation including RFIs and change requests.
• Monitor modeling progress and lead clash tracking and issue management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM/VDC project activities across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and update project schedules and task assignments.
• Lead coordination meetings, model reviews, and minutes.
• Support client communications under supervision.
• Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and file structures.
• Track RFIs, clashes, and change requests.
• Support quality control checks for models and drawings.
