Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a VDC Manager to lead BIM/VDC coordination across multiple projects in New England, including healthcare, life sciences, academic, and commercial sectors.

You will own VDC standards, develop 2D/3D/4D models, run clash detection, plan sequencing, and provide visualization while collaborating with preconstruction teams and subcontractors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Experience as VDC Manager, BIM Manager, Senior VDC Coordinator, or similar in commercial construction.
• Strong experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and related BIM/VDC platforms.
• Solid understanding of clash detection, construction sequencing, model coordination, and BIM/VDC workflows.
• Experience leading coordination meetings with subcontractors, design teams, and project leadership.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites throughout New England.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC/BIM coordination across multiple active and upcoming projects.
• Oversee development of 2D/3D/4D models, site logistics plans, renderings, and proposal graphics.
• Lead clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination across disciplines.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee construction sequencing, logistics planning, and model-based coordination.
• Manage project models, point clouds, and other digital project information.
• Establish and improve VDC standards and best practices across the organization.
• Provide VDC support during preconstruction and execution.
