Job summary

Superior is seeking a VDC Project Manager to lead Virtual Design and Construction efforts for electrical projects in data centers, higher education, healthcare, enterprise, and industrial sectors. Based at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters, you will manage BIM teams and deliverables from kickoff through closeout.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams, manage project budgets, review drawings and BIM execution plans, and communicate with clients to build trust and ensure

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical BIM project teams with clear scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Own electrical BIM deliverables per contract, including 2D layouts, 3D models, sheets, and install drawings.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet quality standards and project schedule.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Operations, and Field Operations; perform jobsite walks.
• Identify constraints, review submittals, and write RFIs with Project Operations.
• Manage BIM-related project finance, including budget tracking, cost control, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to customers.
• Build client trust through communication and collaboration.
