Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM/VDC strategies across projects, aligning standards with Ferrovial guidelines and client requirements. You will drive model coordination, digital workflows, and field-ready deliverables.

You will mentor BIM coordinators, manage federated models across civil/structural/architectural scopes, and coordinate with project teams to ensure constructability and schedule alignment while advancing BIM maturity and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Minimum of eight years of related construction industry experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, InRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with BIM/VDC workflows and model coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans and project BIM standards.
• Lead federated BIM models and cross-discipline coordination; oversee clash detection and issue resolution.
• Coordinate 4D/5D integration with schedules and cost data; support field operations with digital tools.
• Mentor BIM coordinators and project teams; facilitate coordination meetings and trainings.
• Stay current with BIM/VDC technologies and continuous improvement opportunities.
